Mike has spent his whole working life in the building trades, he has been a home inspector for several years now, and takes pride in offering clients with a very thorough and friendly home inspection experience.
Certified home inspector through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors).
Certified Indoor Air Consultant through IAC2 (International Association of Indoor Air Consultants).
Infrared Certified for the use of a thermal imaging camera for home inspections.
Fully insured for Errors & Omissions and general liability on all home inspections.
Member of the Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors, this allows me to gain access to the property through the Realtors lockbox.
Software Reporting is used to provide a "client friendly" report, with easy to read descriptions with pictures and outlines, this is done to eliminate any confusion that may take place about items in the report. Report can be printed out upon request.
